AOI Confirmation: Development Team conducts a robust evaluation of LandCommand results, performs integrated analysis, and hand-selects Areas of Interest (AOIs) with proven viability.
Interconnection capacity: Plans and assesses grid interconnection capacity and scenarios to ensure project interconnection.
Market Analysis: Continuously monitors and analyzes market conditions to validate the project’s commercial strategy.
Project Development
Landowner Engagement: Collaborates with landowners to inform them of the opportunity and outline the process and timelines.
Site Control Agreements: Works with landowners to secure purchase or lease options, ensuring highly suitable parcels hand-picked through LandCommand technology.
Communities and AHJ’s: Engages with local communities and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) to ensure regulatory compliance and community relations.
Permitting and Interconnection
Field Surveys: Conducts thorough, non-invasive field studies and generates comprehensive reports to support the permitting process.
Interconnection Studies: Performs comprehensive interconnection analysis and studies with regional Transmission Organizations (RTOS) to confirm feasibility and predict cost analysis.
Local Engagement: Collaborates with town, county, and state agencies to secure environmental and land use permits, and plans how the project can best integrate into and support the local community.
Commercialization
Stakeholders: Maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including offtakers and project buyers, keep them informed on current and project status.
Transaction Management: Ensure a smooth and efficient transfer of project ownership for all parties involved including landowners and commercial entities.
Owning and Operating
Pre-NTP Project Sale: Downstream partners manage remaining development through to construction and projects operations.
